2.范圍Scope：

生產(chǎn)廠房無塵車間。

3.職責(zé)Responsibility：

所有進出風(fēng)淋室的人員。

4.操作程序OperatingProcedures：

4.1進入無塵車間時使用風(fēng)淋室操作方法：

IntotheuseofcleanroomoperationofAirShower

1人員由非潔凈區(qū)走到風(fēng)淋室外門

Stafffromnon-cleanupareasintothedoorAirShower.

2打開外門，進入風(fēng)淋室后隨后關(guān)閉外門

Opentheouterdoor,enteredtheAirShowerafterthesubsequentclosureoftheouterdoor.

3按語音提示經(jīng)過紅外感應(yīng)器感應(yīng)區(qū)

Throughinfraredsensors,sensingareaaccordingtovoice.

雙門自動上鎖，風(fēng)淋室風(fēng)機起動開始吹淋

Two-doorlockedautomatically,AirShowerfansbegantowork.

4按設(shè)定的時間吹淋完后，按語音提示打

開內(nèi)門進入潔凈室

Timesetbythewindaftertheshower,accordingtothevoiceinsidetoopenthedoorintothecleanroom.

4.2注意事項Notes

4.2.1進入風(fēng)淋室前需看清里面是否有人（風(fēng)淋系統(tǒng)工作時，不能用力使勁去推拉門，更不能強制性地將門打開，否則電鎖會被損壞）。

4.2.2進出門時不要用手推玻璃，以免玻璃破碎后傷人。

4.2.3進入風(fēng)淋室后需先將門關(guān)好后再站在感應(yīng)區(qū)內(nèi)，尤其是多人一起進入的時候，關(guān)好門后再去感應(yīng)并啟動風(fēng)淋。
